Meaning Of Anxiety
         Usually, anxiety comes with a sense of uneasiness, the feeling of uncertainty and worry for unfavorable outcomes. It is also a form of inferiority complex, negative thinking, depression and a general expectation of failure.

Effects of Anxiety, Worry, Etc
         The bad and harmful effects of anxiety include:
  1. Living a fearful life.
  2. Restlessness.
  3. Loss of appetite or nausea.
  4. Family quarrels, etc.
  5. Marriage crises and failures.
  6. Fluctuations in emotion, called mood swing.
  7. Unnecessary and constant expectation of evil or unpleasant happenings.
  8. Etc.
Causes of Anxiety, Worry, Depression, Etc
         Anxiety, worry, depression, etc are caused by:
  1. Demonic possession by evil spirits, mermaids, ghosts, witches and black energy.
  2. A fearful experience. In one case, a girl of about 28 years said she has been fearful all her life. The reason according to her was that when she was still a little girl, she saw a spirit that was standing before her and looking directly at her.
  3. Undue expectation of negative outcome and fear of possible losses.
  4. Broadcast of natural calamity, war, accident, or violence send some children spiraling into a state of fear, insecurity or depression.
  5. Being over concerned with what people say or do.
  6. Undue exposure to night and darkness, and its frightening experiences. When some move alone in darkness, they feel somebody is following them or that they are hearing footsteps.
  7. Unfamiliar environments, like when a child enters a boarding school or when a student enters the university with some family or social problems besetting him.
  8. A feeling of being rejected, especially by young girls, who feel that suitors are not coming to them or that they are loosing the prospective ones.
  9. Departed ancestors sometimes trouble their relations for one reason or another.
  10. Wearing of borrowed clothes or second hand dresses.
  11. Being attacked, overshadowed or influenced by black energies.
Signs Of Anxiety
         The signs include:
  1. Feeling uncomfortable in the midst of others.
  2. A general and persistent feeling of disappointment.
  3. Never being satisfied with one’s achievements.
  4. Crying alone in the bedroom and at night.
  5. Inability to make clear statement to the hearing of others.
  6. A regular feeling of sadness.
  7. A persistent desire to die.
  8. Feeling afraid to enter offices or meet people.
Wrong Efforts By People In Seeking For Solutions
         People do the following wrong things:
  1. Going alone to the wilderness, mountains or places of loneliness.
  2. Drinking alcohol or visiting friends.
  3. Watching video and television as a way of escaping from everyday problems of life.
  4. Believing such problems are from God and not seeking for solutions.
  5. Doing the wrong religious pieties and practices, out of ignorance.
  6. Developing an indoor lifestyle (becoming introvert).
  7. Some would stop going to church, avoid prayers or even start keeping away from God.
  8. Undue medication or drug overdose.
  9. Developing one kind of sickness or another. The sickness may be physically, mentally or spiritually.
  10. Shyness, in the midst of people.
  11. Becoming addicted to drugs, alcohol, football, loneliness (keeping away from friends and relations).

Solution To Anxiety, Worry Etc
         Possible solutions, which have been tested and proven are:
  1. Regular spiritual practice.
  2. Chanting the names of God.
  3. Singing praises to God, in a low and mild tone.
  4. Bathing with consuming fire, or other holy substances.
  5. Putting one’s feet in salty water or consuming fire, for about 30 minutes a day.
  6. Spraying holy water or consuming fire in the house, room or environment.
  7. Going personal deliverance.
  8. Performing family spiritual work.
  9. Observing holiness, by separating oneself from unclean/unholy things.
  10. Staying closer to God.
  11. Participating more in true spiritual activities.
  12. Spiritual healing.
  13. Etc.
